 Cheryl Liew-Chng is the CEO of LifeWorkz. She is the author of Talents Onboard and co-author of Working Together, two landmark publications on work-life integration. She speaks frequently on HR matters at both national events and prestigious international platforms, including The Conference Board and the Alliance for Work-Life Progress in the USA.
With 20 years of experience in local and multi-national corporations, Cheryl has held senior executive positions in both line and staff functions, and is thus intimately aware of business and people issues.
She has led in and consulted with organizations in the areas of work-life, flexibility, multi-generational and women in workforce issues, spearheaded people development initiatives, and managed succession management and career development projects.
A certified work-life consultant and career coach, she has trained all 100+ Work-Life Ambassadors in the Singapore Civil Service. She is also the Vice-Chair of Working Mothers Forum and the former Director of Employer Alliance.
She holds a master's degree in Human Resource Development from George Washington University, USA, and is an alumna of INSEAD.
